Starting A Business in Watsonville
Santa Cruz County SCORE will debut its Starting A Business in Watsonville workshop on Tuesday, July 20th from 5:00-7:30PM at Watsonville Public Library located at 275 Main Street. Local entrepreneurs have the opportunity to get answers to their start-up business questions from seasoned professionals. Facilitators will cover a range of topics, including: Myths & Realities, Critical Factors to Success, and Business Plans. Cost is $30. No credit card payments will be available at the door, only check and cash. Visit www.santacruzscore.org for more registration details.
In addition, Santa Cruz County SCORE will provide FREE walk-in counseling to new and existing businesses on the last Tuesday of each month starting July 27th from 11AM-2PM. Confidential counseling will be held on the second floor. Since 1964, SCORE volunteer business counselors serve their communities through entrepreneurial education dedicated to the formation, growth and success of small businesses.
The Starting a Business in Watsonville workshop is the latest in a series of monthly seminars held by Santa Cruz County SCORE to assist local entrepreneurs. Santa Cruz County SCORE also offers an expanded four part workshop series for those who want to explore basic start-up issues in more depth.
